"Overall I am very pleased with my new fence. It took a few months to get them out to walk the job and schedule, but I was told that when I called (I think Covid home improvement demand kept them busier than normal). Mark showed up as scheduled, made some good recommendations on his proposal. It was a big job and I was told it might take 1 1/2 days, but they completed the entire job in one day and left the yard spotless. The crew was hard working, polite and efficient. I will definitely use them again!"

His guys were at my property at 7am everyday ready to work. His estimate was well priced and the quality of the work is spectacular. He will also work with any other companies you are dealing with to ensure an overall quality project. I also had a turf project and audio/visual project going on. If I need any other work, I will check with Nir and his crew first to see if they do it. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this company if you have a fence project. I also gave him permission to take pictures of my gate to show anyone who wanted to see some great work! Why a 4.5 instead of 5: I did recommend he'd get a different painter because he had an attitude all three times I saw him, but this had nothing to do with the quality and beauty of the fence."

"I almost didn't go with California Vinyl Fence because of a past experience with them, but Shannon and Shaun and his team were fantastic. They all went above and beyond to get the job done. I only had a week off and the rain was due to start literally in the next day or two. I was planning to call and tell their manager/supervisor what a great job they all did. If I need to replace another fence, I'll definately call California Vinyl. When I look out of my bedroom window and see that fence it makes me feel so happy. "Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"
