"Amir and his team did a great job with replacing our entire roof."

"Very knowledgeable and professional, showed up on time, explained why the existing stucco had failed and what he was going to do to prevent that. He also got the critical part of the job (demo) done right away to prevent further damage from falling stucco, Did quality work."

"The stucco patch work was top notch. Corrected prior stucco job at side patio roof area, rear guest house and west facing wall at front house. Color matched the new stucco with the original color of the stucco very well. Very happy with the stucco patchwork."

"My husband and I hired George Parks Roofing to replace our 25 year old roof. George came to our home promptly at the appointed time and surveyed our roof. He then took my husband on the roof to point out the needed repairs and replacements. This was great customer service as it is always good to physically see what needs work. We decided to hire George as we were comfortable with his service. We selected the color we wanted and set a date for the repair. George's team showed up promptly on the morning of removal, and within 3 days we have a new roof that was expertly installed and everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend him for any roof job and will use his company for any other painting or service he provides."

"I would highly recommend Building in Harmony for any windows installation or replacements, retrofit or new build job. They recently finished our 8-unit homeowners associated town home in Redondo Beach and did an excellent job. Michael is a pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time with us in selecting the design and model of windows that were right for the project. He started with reviewing all the various manufacturers, models and style to make sure we selected the right product. He was very willing to work with us on price and installation time frame with his ultimate aim being happiness that we got the right product and the right job done the first time. We interviewed several window companies and selected Frontier because of their capabilities, price, and willingness to work with us. The installation process for replacement windows was a very smooth operation. They could install all 12 units, approximately 70 windows in 7 days, including setup, removal of old windows, installation and clean up. The people who ran the installation were also a pleasure to work with, they really cared about the project turning out correctly and spent a lot of time with us on the last day making sure each detail was perfect. The company itself is also very respectful of personal privacy and COVID protocols to keep us safe, which we appreciated. In the end, the windows look fabulous as a much needed style, noise reduction and better sealing improvement, and we’re thrilled that Frontier did the job. I would highly recommend Building in Harmony to anyone looking for new or replacement windows, and plan to use them again in the future."

"The team at Be Green Builders just finished up the exterior painting project of my house. Seriously, it looks much better than just good. Nir came out and gave me a quote which I compared to several other companies. I accepted his quote and just had to wait for 3 days of good weather! Nir kept in touch via text and let me know if his guys were going to start the work on my house. It has been a wet winter but it was worth the wait. The first day they came over, they power washed the walls outside the house. The day after, they prepared everything including: scraping, sanding and did some stucco repairs all included in the price. They were able to finish the work 6 days after and they did a walk through with me . they also made all the touched ups including and it was FINISHED. I can’t highly recommend this company enough. I am going to use them again soon when I will do the interior painting."

"After having incurred some water damage during the winter rains, and discovering additional long term water damage in the process of getting estimates to make repairs, I decided to go with Pearl based on recommendations from friends and having a few conversations with Ben, who oversaw my project. The price was very competitive, even when we realized additional work would be needed due to some long term damage being more expansive than anticipated. Now that the work is done, you'd never even know they were there. It looks exactly like it did before the damage occurred (even down to some wall textures which would have been challenging to match). Very happy with the work and would definitely utilize again for future (and hopefully more fun) projects."

"The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. I trust him to help with future projects."
