"First, I needed an assessment of trees for removal. They could have told me I needed to remove several more trees, but they did not. Then they worked with me on the price a bit. They put me on their schedule as early as possible and then arrived on time, took out the agreed upon (2)trees and then cleaned my property, leaving it better than when they arrived - all within the space of 4 hours! In spite of the fact that Shinya was only there to provide an estimate, he removed the dead mother raccoon from my attic and took it away with him.
