"2 day job. Guys were great. Tough work. Work finished by 5PM next day. Water entered crawl space due to exit pipe not being properly sealed. Water running down wall and not entering draining system. I was told  by boss that someone would be out Friday 9/13AM to fix. I told him I would not be available due to already spending 2 days at home. I procrastinated several months on finding an electrician to fix a wiring issue that was affecting the lighting in my basement because I was intimidated by what I thought would be a huge cost, and by what a different electrician had told me. It was recommended that I purchase the half day electrician for the day package which was a great deal for what I needed. Danny took his time trying to diagnose the problem and when he found it there was a slight chance the repair would involve cutting into the drywall. He had a solution that would have avoided that but in the end he was able to find and fix the problem without any wall cutting. I appreciated his tenacity. I also appreciated that as a female homeowner I was treated fairly and respectfully. Danny made some recommendations that I will mostly likely follow-up on. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

When they took the original paneling down, but it caused structural damage and they started putting up the new system, but I had them stop and had structural repair done before they could continue- which wasn’t their fault. They came on time and when they said they would."
