They were responsive and professional assisting me in determining the best solution for me. They arrived quickly and on time. "I have a Rheem tankless water the hot water is fluctuating in the showers and other faucets. It didn't do this a while back. RPX tech came out and said the flow sensor was messed up. He told me he had to be replace the water heater or i will keep paying for it to be repaired. He had one with him. He installed it and was on his way."
