"Disappointing for the amount spent on a simple bathroom renovation. It was sloppy work. The tilers overall did a good job. However the plumber flooded the bathroom, thus water damage to the ceiling below the 2nd floor bathroom. Thiago did remedy the issue, had a painter patch and paint the ceiling. Painter was a mess in the bathroom however. He left wall compound on the newly tiled floor and didn't clean it up until we pointed it out. Did a poor job of smoothing out the walls and the trim work. Didn't even put baseboard behind the vanity, so you can see holes. Overall a hot mess of a renovation. Kind respectful crew but the work was not professional. We were quoted 1 week to complete renovation, it took over 3 weeks. The bathroom reno was in august and I hesitated writing this review because Thiago is a good man but the people he hires seem to be DIYers learning on the job and not professional."
