"Out of the many estimates I received, Ricky was the most thorough. He spent time educating me on the hardwood floors, his process, and making recommendations for my home. I trusted him and his crew to do a great job. After meeting his crew when we were testing stain colors, I felt very comfortable leaving town while they worked in my home. We are very pleased with the hardwood floors. You cannot tell where the new floors begin and the old existed. They were beautifully woven together. The inlaid wood floor vents give a very polished look to the home. I did have a couple of spots on the handrails that I wanted them to look at when I got home. They promptly came back and did a few touch ups. When a company is willing to make a trip back out so that you are 100% happy, I always appreciate that."

I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands. I just decided that I want to put hardwood in my master bedroom closet and I've reached out to him to do that work as well. Thanks Felipe for everything!!!!!"

"The quality of work was just fine for what I needed. The biggest problem for me was the rescheduling. They came to demo'd the floors on a Saturday and we scheduled for them to come back once the concrete was dry on the next Wednesday. I got a call from the gentleman who demo'd the floors let me know they will be there on Thursday instead because something came up with their other job. That Thursday morning at 7:30am a few hours before they were supposed to arrive, they called again to reschedule for Saturday. That's a full week of my kitchen not having floors and rescheduled twice. I think the thing that irritated me the most was when asked when I wanted them to arrive on Saturday, I said 9:30am. The immediate response was 8:30am would be better for them. So I agreed because I wanted this experience to be over with. They of course did not arrive that Saturday until 10:30am. It seems they do not have any understanding or respect for other peoples time. When I complained to Olga (I believe manager), she apologized and informed me they are short staffed and offered a discount. Hopefully their short staffing issues will be resolved soon."
