"Quality Work for Great Price From the quoting process all the way to the last day. Ricky and his team were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I moved into an older home that dated yellow color hardwood floors and some areas where it seemed there was debris embedded into the poly coating. I received a few estimates. When Ricky came to provide an estimate he was able to give me numbers on the spot and followed up with a written copy the next business day. On that day I knew that he knew what he was doing! And, he was also flexible to give me an itemized quote so that I could decide what work I wanted to consider. At the end of the day, we decided to refinish our main floor and replace some areas in the kitchen and 1 board in the living room that had filler and/or gaps. When George and the crew showed up to do the work, they were punctual, friendly, and did a superior job. When the team went to replace the kitchen floorboards I expected them to replace only what was exposed. But, they went above and beyond by removing the whole fridge and replacing ALL the boards under the fridge. Also, I couldn't be happier with the stain color! They really listened to the color I wanted and the color mix samples they showed me came out beyond perfect! Beyond the quality work that Ricky, George and their team provided, they were by far the most reasonable in cost for the work that was provided. I will definitely be calling them again for future jobs"

"I would recommend that you contact Felipe if you are in need of hardwood flooring. He and his crew did an amazing job on my entire home. I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands. "The quality of work was just fine for what I needed. The biggest problem for me was the rescheduling. They came to demo'd the floors on a Saturday and we scheduled for them to come back once the concrete was dry on the next Wednesday. I got a call from the gentleman who demo'd the floors let me know they will be there on Thursday instead because something came up with their other job. That Thursday morning at 7:30am a few hours before they were supposed to arrive, they called again to reschedule for Saturday. That's a full week of my kitchen not having floors and rescheduled twice. I think the thing that irritated me the most was when asked when I wanted them to arrive on Saturday, I said 9:30am. The immediate response was 8:30am would be better for them. So I agreed because I wanted this experience to be over with. They of course did not arrive that Saturday until 10:30am. It seems they do not have any understanding or respect for other peoples time. When I complained to Olga (I believe manager), she apologized and informed me they are short staffed and offered a discount. Hopefully their short staffing issues will be resolved soon."
