"Travis came to look at the problem on a Tuesday morning. When I explained to him that lights in the house were flickering he became concerned and put my job on the top of his list. Once he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem as many of the circuits in the box had deteriorated due to moisture in the line. He fixed the bad circuit in question and showed me the problem and explained that due to the age, oxidation, and rust that I may have future issues with the remaining circuits. I decided to replace the entire circuit panel and circuits as well as have a new meter with new wiring and drip lines installed on the exterior of the house, as the old meter was also corroded and detaching from the siding.. Travis returned early the following day at the exact hour we had agreed upon and worked a full eight hours to complete the entire job. His work is exemplary: very neat and methodical and whenever I had a question he would answer it in detail. His work was completed within the 2 days and came to approximately 10 hours in total. He supplied all the necessary materials and had everything he needed on hand in his truck.. I recommend him very highly as a skilled and experienced electrician located in Berkshire County."

A church, with a old floodlight on a 16’ ceiling; another elevated floodlight precariously set up between pews; custom temporary adjustments to main panel to find space for two 240v cables for a floor sander; updated outlet; a genius custom dimmer switch for floodlight that saved necessary $; and I still can’t believe how long Chris R. spent bringing back the brass luster of the ceiling flood that had old excess paint all over it. "Call this electrician to fix a blown circuit. Recommendation was to replace an outdated and weak panel. New panel and better circuit breakers were installed as-well-as labeling all breakers (not done on the old panel!). The work was done quickly and with zero problems since. "Anthony was the first from AL to return my call and was able to give me a straight quote over the phone. We set up a time for him to come see the house and then I booked the purchase on AL. He visited to see the current system, take some measurements and introduce himself.
He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This visit took approximately ten minutes and he was also very eager to answer electrical questions that were not related to the service he was going to perform. After the visit we scheduled the service and he explained how things would go on the day of service.
On the day of service he arrived early and again explained what would be going on, kept me informed of progress and also cut an outlet plate that I was replacing as I did not have any tools that would do an adequate job. Once the service was complete he tested each breaker and labeled the panel according to what each breaker controls.
Overall Anthony did excellent work, was very professional and had exemplary communication so we knew exactly what was going on throughout the service.
