"Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. "I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."

Upon checking on leak evidence under house, found evidence of sewage &; water leakage/pipe corrosion &; we scheduled that repair for next day (different men). Job completed. Told owner that I want invoice detailing findings and work done, but all I received was e-receipts of totals I payed, ($220/$2500/$6000). He said he would send me either via email or hard copy by mail. I need for my house files. I am still waiting...but haven't contacted Ishmael Chandler since the 5/22-23/2023 job. Comment on personnel: Victor - great worker (fixed leakage). Mario and ? - Mario physically very dirty at 9a.m.) but very nice. Other man-fine. Both men very hard workers! "Juan was on schedule and did a very good job. I had an outdoor spigot that needed to be replaced, and since it required soldering I turned to a pro. Juans workmanship was excellent (neat, fast and no leaks). He recommended and installed a much better shutoff valve than I was planning on using. I would request him again. The cost was on the high side. They justify it by including an exam of your water heater (ours was fine) and answering questions on other possible plumbing issues. I could 've done without this."

"Tyler came out the same day, Fri, otherwise we would've had to wait until at least Monday with another plumber. He cleaned out the roots and was very respective of our property because the only access to the pump is through our master closet. After a thorough testing, it worked just fine until that evening when the pump came on and wouldn't shut off, so I just pulled the plug. It's supposed to turn on for only a short time (seconds) when waste water is present. Tyler came out the next day (Sat) and fixed the problem, which was that one of the floats in the basin was tilted on its side."
