"This was my second time using Elegant Floor Service and I'm on my way to using their service for a third time! Based on my first experience, I knew I wanted to hire them again and now that they've just recently installed a second room, I'll be having them back soon! The crew was on-time, friendly and did quality work. No dust, no loud noise and were fast! The customer service is great too! Steve, Joseph and Evan are all nice to work with and appreciate my business. This means a lot to me! I highly recommend Elegant Floor Service."

"Did very good job on installing the flooring. Informed us and stop work as they ditectrd a leak. Finished the job after leak was stopped. They could have just finished the work, later we would have detected water damage, which would have cost more to fix."

"Vance, the owner was very attentive. The estimate was very accurate and he coordinated well other contractors who were doing the kitchen and painting the entire house. The team even further reenforced the floor in areas that needed it. They painted number of samples for us to pick the stain. Very positive experience. The house is about 4800 sq feet and they finished in less than 10 days. Hardwood for 1st and 2nd floors and luxury LVP for basement."

"Very diligent, they did not stop til the job was done"

"Eli and his team did a great job installing our new hardwood floors through the entire house. Excellent communication. Always on time and flexible when any issues popped up. Eli has a traveling showroom in his van which was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this company."
