The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "I met John and asked for a quote for my roof. He quoted a price per square and what he did for that price. he made an appointment to come and look at the job. Showed up on the appointed day and time. Confirmed the price and provided a proposal in writing which I agreed to and gave him a deposit. The shingles were delivered and a date was set for the work. They came on that day stripped the roof inspected the plywood found one bad sheet called to tell me about it and took a picture to confirm. They were done the same day.
