Only one service tech came, rather than two for the heavy lifting, and he had trouble taking the old heater off the platform and dropped it. Also, there was confused communication between the technician and the owner regarding the details of the job to be done. Other than that, the value for the money was excellent and both the technician and the owner were vary courteous and professional and I am satisfied with the final outcome."

"Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. I contacted Pronto and they asked me to send them two pictures and they had the job quoted exactly. This is a market space differentiator. Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."
