"I took three quotes and Bright was in the middle, but I had worked with them a few years ago on an exterior painting project at same home. I was pleased with their work then, so I chose to work with them again. This is an excellent company to work with and I am very happy with the result. Workers were prompt, efficient, careful and clean. Quality is excellent. Also company owner, Celso, very attentive to my scheduling needs. No muss, no fuss, project completed."

"They really know how to do paint with high adhesion, amazing work, my kitchen it is so gorgeous. ð"

"Henio and Kesley from Top Painting were amazing. I talked to several companies before hiring them and was not confident with the information I received from others. I knew I wanted to hire Top Painting within minutes of talking to them. They came to my condo, examined the job and explained in great detail what would be required to complete the project so that it would not only look good in the short term, but last for the long haul. The condo I bought was in pretty awful condition. It used to be an old hotel room and so had commercial grade vinyl wallpaper on the walls which was coated with layers and layers of old paint and reeked of cigarette smoke and other bad smells. The popcorn ceiling was smoke-stained and yellowed, as well. I was warned by the condo association and other owners in the building not to attempt to remove the wallpaper because of the industrial grade glue and the damage to the walls underneath, but I was determined to make this happen and Henio and Kesley inspired confidence. They acknowledged the difficulty and explained everything it would take to make it happen. They removed the wall paper, painstakingly removed all of the commercial grade glue, fixed the walls, re-plastered, filled holes in the baseboards, etc. The final product was a beautifully painted condo which not only looks amazing but also smells fresh and clean. Henio and Kesley were very responsive. They sent me progress videos when I was unable to come to the condo to see the project. They always responded to calls and texts in a timely manner. They showed up when they said they would and they even finished the job several days earlier than they projected which was a wonderful surprise. The building manager told me that they were incredibly respectful, professional, quiet and wonderful to work with. He has been managing this condo building for over 25 years and told me that most contractors were incredibly hard to deal with but that Top Painting was a breath of fresh air. Henio and Kesley went above and beyond during this project. There were many things on my list to do after the painting was completed, such as fixing the track for the blinds that was falling out of the ceiling and replacing one of the large blinds which had fallen off the contraption. To my surprise and delight, Kesley and Henio fixed these things for me as they replaced everything after finishing the job. They could have just put it back the way they found it and I still would have given them a glowing review. After all, I hired them for the walls, not these other things. But they went above and beyond and left my condo far better than they found it. The walls look amazing and I am confident that the work is durable and will last. I can't recommend Top Painting highly enough!"

"Spectacularly well. Tiago came out to find out what we wanted. He spent the time needed to determine what the job entailed. He was pleasant and easy to deal with. He told us he could do the job within 1 week. He sent us a proposal and said he could start the next day. We were impressed with the Angie's reviews and wanted it done promptly, so we agreed. He and his team showed up the next day. They did an amazing job; far more than we bargained for. They sanded the walls where needed and then primed the walls before they painted. They were on time, polite, friendly and the job they did was terrific. We never expected that they would remove every door, every shelf, but they did. Sanded and primed everything and then painted carefully without any skips or spills. The job as done by Tiago and his crew was, to put it mildly, extraordinary. Would hire them again without question. The best paint job we ever had."

"

Visit went very well. Mr. Bennet showed up promptly with another worker and they got to work immediately. A stain blocker was applied and then two coats of ceiling white. I provided paint and Bin stain blocker. This removed the water stain in the bedroom and significantly reduced the appearance of the water stain in the hallway. Two workers, both professionals. I would certainly use them again.

"Mike is very professional and courteous. He truly cares about doing a job that exceeds customer expectations and will do little extras beyond the scope of the project he quoted. He is neat and efficient and leaves things exactly as he found them. He started and finished the job when promised while being as sensitive as possible to my wife's and my schedule. I recommend him very highly."
