"The work consisted of repairing a stress crack running down the length of my living room ceiling and repainting a bedroom which included removing a wallpaper border at the ceiling. The living room ceiling is textured which required fixing the crack, re-texturing the entire ceiling and repainting. John Garrity explained my options and him and his crew did exceptional work. They were punctual, kept me updated along the way and cleaned up everything when done. In addition, a last minute job was hanging a ceiling fan in the painted bedroom which was not part of the initial work. I would definitely hire them again."

We received several quotes for the work and Savant was cheaper than most other contractors. With the service and quality of work we received I would say they are well worth the the cost. We even had some leaking on the garage roof and where other companies had quoted us to replace all of the wood for the roof, Savant was able to replace just the rotted boards and saved us hundreds if not thousands. "My wife and I are licensed architects and very particular and demanding of our contractors. Bob explained the technology of his products and took the time to listen and understand the job. He was flexible and able to use the particular shingle we wanted which wasn't his preferred brand. We also replaced a flat roofed porch and, on the week of the job, we asked that he install a roll roofing material that closely matched the roof shingles' color. He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more. The roofs look great and we are glad to have chosen Northeast Ohio Renovations."
