After they had finished, I noticed a few spots that needed touching up. John was very responsive and came out quickly to fix them. "Installation involved removing the old windows and complete reframing for a new window installation.  The new installation versus a replacement required more work and insulation but resulted in a very clean and tight installation that was immediately apparent in terms of comfort in the home.  
We're pleased with the quality of the windows, the professional installation, excellent work and clean-up by the installers, and thorough oversight by the Sales representative throughout the whole process.   Several issues related to the older building in which the windows were installed came up during the installation process, but were resolved quickly and effectively.  
We would definitely recommend The North Coast Energy services to others and will use them again in the future for other window replacement work.
