"The workers did the repairs. I continually told them it needed to be strong and sturdy. They responded they understand. When the awning was attempted to be attached it pulled the fascia board away from the house. I contacted Kyle who finally came out to assess the problem to repair. (This was the first time I met Kyle) Once Kyle arrived he looked at the fascia board and told me it would never hold an awning. I explained I had told his workers and they seemed to understand. He then informed me they don't speak English. I said his workers should have called him if they thought they couldn't do the job to the satisfaction of the client. He then left and emailed me they could repair the fascia board for additional money. I then declined any further help from a company that doesn't stand by their work. I believe that if you don't personally see the job that needs completing that you should send workers that can communicate with the client so that there is no issue later."

"Juan showed up on time. He gave me an estimate to prepare several holes, a couple of which were large. He gave me an estimate for the repairs and made an appointment to come back to make the repairs after he went out and bought the supplies to do the job. He returned to do the work as promised and did an excellent job. He was very polite and charged a reasonable price and cleaned up very well after himself. He made sure he covered all of my furniture and flooring before he began the work. Overall, it was very good. I would contact him again to make repairs without hesitation."
