"Behind oven was a gas leak. It went great, however to replace a certain part ($242) , it’s not Angi’s fault or Tech Cert for the price of the part. There was a leak, the gas valve was cracked or something inside. Trevor answered my request within 4 minutes of entering information on Angi, he came over early, the next day and got it completed in under 3 hours. Trevor was very knowledgeable with my oven and spoke with me honestly and professionally. Will hire again."

"Alex does high quality work at fair prices and he stands behind his work. He does not recommend services that are unneeded or uneconomical just to get a payday."

"Unfortunately they couldn’t physically or inspect the oven circuit board and suggest I replace the oven itself. Tech didn’t seem too enthused to attempt or try to look at the board and instead just to replace the whole oven."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I recently had my dishwasher repaired, and I was very satisfied with the service. The repair was completed on the same day and at a reasonable price."

"Old washer that became misaligned. It was a matter of deciding to buy a new washer or getting our current one repaired. Service tech made recommendations and told us the good brands and the brands that have gone down in quality. We decided to have our current one repaired. Service tech order parts and was able to repair our washer. I would recommend this company and already know who we’ll call for any major appliance repairs."

"If you dread calling contractors or have experienced trauma dealing with service people, I can tell you this was the first time in many years I felt comfortable and very pleased with the service I received. The price was reasonable and Tiger, thatâ s his name was very professional I am so happy that I chose this company. West Coast is GREAT AND YOU CANNOT GO WRONG I PROMISE."

"Absolutely astounded by the excellent customer service that was provided to us by Don’s. Our range had an issue that was not easy to diagnose or repair. Anthony, our technician, was very thorough, extremely honest, and completely exhaustive in his research and repair efforts. This company obviously works hard from all angles to ensure absolute satisfaction. In addition to their responsiveness and attentiveness, I feel that the price we paid for parts and labor was fair."
