"Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken. "The team was fabulous. Sigi listened to my plan, laid out the memorial garden and even brought three stone samples for me to select from. He perfectly made a new memorial garden along the pathway to the barn. Using the same paver stones, they pulled up old wooden landscape Timbers, cut out a severe drop off ( which I couldn’t mow) and cut back to flat grass. Sigi built a stone paver wall and laid out rock in the new area. He is so kind, part of the stone landscaping was laid as mossy like wood fibers, so the dog could lay comfortably. This team, listens, knows the products, was on time arriving and leaving. They were neat and left “no trace” of the removed old landscaping. He is Re-doing the 4’ pad surrounding the barn (to match the area described) right now. I trust him and his working team."
