ReliaLift's technician, Matt Cantin, provided excellent service.  He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers.  Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable.  He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy.  The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times.  Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.

During the job interview/review, Charles described how he would treat certain areas, answering our questions patiently and completely. Charles is a hands-on businessman. He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. "We hired Cal to do a major remodel on our two bedroom condo. There are many positive things to say about Cal and his crew. Here are just a few. Cal's communication is first rate. This project was done while we were out of state and Cal communicated with us nearly on a daily basis. He didn't hesitate to offer ideas and often had more than one idea for a solution to sticky remodel problems. That said, he respected our input in every way. Cal was a great listener.
