He is responsive, capable, communicative, professional, helpful, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He had caulk, screws, tools- even things that we were prepared to provide in the fine print. 
While it would have been more money to him, he actually advised us NOT to do some of the repairs until the roofing company could see the damage so that the extent of the leak damage could be assessed. He has been great and we will definitely offer him more work!
