"Rick did a great job regrouting and cleaning my shower tile after a leak had developed from a crack in the grout. He was timely, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about the job to be done. The only downside is that because this is a small business providing a unique skill set, you won't get standard business practices employed by larger companies such as credit card acceptance, formalized invoices and warranties. But the quality of the work outshines the lack of these (perhaps now outdated ?) formalities."

The job required framing/roofing/new pillars/new siding/painting, etc.. The GARCP team did a great job managing the various needed crews and the unusually high volume of local rain fall. No construction job is without a few flaws, the important thing is that the issue is acknowledged and corrected. The team did a great job solving all issues to our upmost satisfaction.
