"Doug and his crew did an AMAZING job! They arrived on time, worked all day (even through several rain showers) and exceeded our expectations! When the job was complete, they hauled away all of the old materials and cleaned up around the work area. We will definitely be utilizing Doug and his crew for more jobs!"

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"Ron and his team can do more than remove trees. I had him remove a brick stairway and replace it with wood deck landing and the stairs. Great work! I'm having him do another project to enclose my carport."

"I had the pleasure of working with â Blades deckingâ on my deck building project and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the end result. They was extremely professional from the initial consultation to the final touches on the deck. He listened to my ideas and provided valuable suggestions throughout the process, which helped bring my vision to life. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of the deck. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I have received numerous compliments from family and friends who have seen it. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor for their outdoor living space needs. Thank you, Carlos, for creating a beautiful and functional deck that my family and I will enjoy for years to come."
