They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little. They cleaned the area each day to the point our yard and driveway actually looked better than it did prior to the work being started. They also suggested upgrades that not only improved the quality of the roof, but will save us money on our home owners insurance. The final product was a beautiful roof. "I bought a Big Deal, $99 for $200 of interior wood repair.  I had severe, deep damage on my wooden sliding glass door caused by one of my dogs.  It was about 6 feet of deep claw marks. Dean contacted me a few days after i bought the big deal and was flexible with me about scheduling .  On the agreed upon day, Dean showed up on time and began to work.  By the time he was done you couldn't tell there was ever any damage.  He had filled the scratches, sanded the areas and primed the wood.  I was very impressed with his meticulousness.  I would definitely recommend him for your repair.

"I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the window to be installed. At the 8 week point I called Champion to find out when it would be installed. The girl answering the phone was rude and kept insisting that they had called me to set up a day to install it and that I didn't return the call. That is not true because we have an answering machine they could have left a message on and there was never a message. I told her this but she insisted they had called. Then she told me it would be another week or two  before they could install our door because they had to be out in our area. I called the salesman who sold us the door and he took care of it and our door was installed the following week.
The man who installed our door was very nice and did a very good job. A week after it was installed I noticed the door didn't close tightly at the top. I called Champion and they sent him back out in a few days. The guy said the door was warped and we may have to wait 6-8 weeks for the new one to be installed.
 I gave an A rating for professionalism. The salesman and the installer were professional, the girl answering the phone get's an F.

"HPC sent carpenters to do the trim replacement a couple of weeks prior to the painting.  They did both homes on the same day.
About 2 weeks later they started the painting and were able to do the primer coat in one day.  Weather prevented them for completing the job the next few days, but they did come back several times to finish up.  The final walk around was very productive and touch ups were done.  I would say overall they were very accommodating, and did what they could considering the wet weather.  I do think the paint job looks very good and the quality of the paint is very high.   Time will tell how the quality lasts and what their response will be 10 years from now if we need touch ups.

"We contacted them; they sent out someone to replace the glass.  I mentioned the temperature not being efficient and they checked both ovens because I was having to use one of the other ovens because of the cracked door, and that yes indeed that filament wasn't heating properly.  While they were here they checked the filament in the oven with the broken glass in the door and that one wasn't heating properly, so the technician reported that we might need a new oven.  And I guess after them finding out that there were no parts available, they supplied us with a new oven.  That was something we were wanting to do on our own some day.  So they replaced our oven; we were happy with that.  We were able to replace an ugly oven that had other issues, it was missing some of the trim, and it was probably the second oven for this older home.  For their price, I think American Home Shield is about average; I mean, they're a typical home warranty company.  They're not cheaper than anybody else.  I had to call them to find out that we were getting the new oven.  We had the technician out, someone was gonna get back with us, and about a week went by and I had to make a phone call and find out that they were gonna give us an oven. "
