He talked us through the process, gave us ideas to help design the deck we wanted and he and DeDe kept us informed throughout the entire process. We Are very satisfied with the work and get lots of compliments, even other contractors who have come for other jobs have complimented the workmanship of the fence and deck. They are great people who stand behind their work. I waited a bit to post my review to see if they would come like they said if there were any issues and when we had a minor issue, they came within that week and took care of the issue. "I am very happy with my fence. It took a few weeks to get the installers out to the site, but once they were there, the installers were very impressive. They put up the fence in one day, working non-stop through a thunderstorm. I don't think much of the crew spoke English, but it wasn't a problem. They did a top notch job.
