"Sam was exceptional. He was prompt in responding to my request and came to give me an estimate in a few days. I could not believe the reasonable price quoted and even got a discount for having my second bath/shower done. It was a month later that I contacted Sam to have him do the work and was surprised that he was able to fit me into his schedule. Wow, what a job he did! Both baths looked like new and Sam did a wonderful job of cleanup. The nature of the work of removing the grout is messy but Sam controlled that residue extremely well.
