All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. "in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."

"The cost for roof cleaning was higher than other estimates I got, however I chose Bonn because I preferred their approach to fixing the deteriorating pipe jacks, which was also more expensive but was a more thorough solution to fixing the problem.  I think this was because Bonn does complete roofing work and not just cleaning so they were able to offer complete replacement of the pipe flashings instead of a quick fix. Bonn was prompt at providing an estimate for the job and a scheduling the work. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, was courteous and did a good job cleaning up.  Hand removal of the moss was slower than other methods but the crew did a good job. There was a problem starting the pump used to apply the moss barrier and the crew thought they'd have to come back and complete that part of the job another day. To my surprise they were back in about 1 hour and were able to complete all the work in the same day. I appreciated that the crew came back to finish because it was late in the day when they left so I hadn't expected they to return. I'm completely satisfied with all the work that was done.
