"I am very grateful that Steve Naylor showed interest in taking on my small project - installing laminate on a wooden box that would be used as a stand for a vintage slot machine from The Mirage casino. Actually, I hired another contractor prior to connecting with Steve last Thursday. Earlier in day, another contractor showed up, but it did not take long for us to realize that he had never worked with laminate before. I knew the process, just no experience or tools. Steve listened as I shared my story, and it was clear that he and his team were true professionals. The person who showed up was very professional. The box was not built perfectly, but he took the time to make it better. The work was completed in good time. No mess left behind. The remnants were placed back in the box. I contacted Akraba fully aware of their minimum but had a number of tasks and wanted to have the work done by professionals rather than trying to DIY it. This included replacing a window that would not open, replacing an interior double door with one that would lock, repairing the cosmetic damage around a skylight, and replacing a ceiling fan. Louie and Ily reached out immediately, listed to our concerns, requests, and HOA requirements and were able to not only provide a quote for the needed work but also quoted out replacing our fence at a more than reasonable price. While we did have some minor issues with the workers they sent (primarily regarding scheduling), Louie was very reassuring throughout the process and personally came to review and address each concern. Now that the work is complete both we and the HOA are happy with the work they did would recommend them to anyone that needs large projects done."
