In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. "The plumbing backed up when I used the washing machine and dish washer at the same time. Duff and Phil, from JR Plumbing, came out withing 36 hours to unclog our drains. This was the second time Duff came out for the same issue, so they didnâ t charge us. They unclogged the pipes enough for me to do some laundry. This house is 64 years old, so had a lot of buildup. Duff explained that they needed to flush out the pipes. He gave me a quote, which I felt was reasonable, so I had them come out the next day to do the work. They water blasted water through the lines. He said there was so much sludge in the pipes which made a 2â pipe allow only about 1â water flow. When they were finished, I was able to run both appliances at the same time. Duff and Phil were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend JR Plumbing for all plumbing jobs. They are reasonably priced and courteous."
