"This was a refurbishment of a commercial space. Herr Plumbing removed all plumbing in an used restroom so it could be torn out, and relocated/replaced a water heater. They located a toilet drain for a new restroom, and then completed the plumbing for that restroom when the framing was complete. They returned one more time to install all the fixtures.
