He took time to explain what he was seeing as he worked his way through the house. The inspection report was detailed with a list of concerns as well as maintenance recommendations for prevention of future issues. I like how Pillar to Post gives you 3 tiers of pricing depending on how involved (or not) you want the inspection to be.
