"This was the worse experience I ever had, just awful, they were over a hour late, then wanted way more money, so I was like we agreed to this amount to so many hours, and then they wanted to leave early and get paid the whole amount, and the cleaning in 2 hours is not really much time to clean, I can?t say they did a bad job but they did not want to do the job without paying a massive about the agreed amount. "
