For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. I was told a free quote was 39.99, that turned to 59.99 when I got the estimate and it was waaaaaay over priced and then wanted me to pay a fee to get a warranty for their work! I would have expected a warranty on his work should have been given to me! I needed the job done right away, he was pleasant and courteous but never again with this company."

"After a few days of heavy rains our basement was flooded, and mostly ruined. Daybrook was able to remove all the damaged materials (flooring/walls/etc) to make room for the waterproofing company to install draintile around the perimeter of our basement. Once they were complete, David and his team returned and promptly restored the walls, floors, paint, etc to have our basement looking better than before the storm. 5/5 would recommend & would use again --- in fact, we already have for other projects around our home."

It took them a while to get started but once they did the pace was quick and we are very happy with the final product. Due to unforeseen complications having to do with our plumbing the final cost was a bit over budget but the communication about it was good.
