"Kim and Steve showed up about 2 hours after my call and went right to work.  They identify the damaged areas very quickly and describe a course of action for me.  The pulled up the carpet and took out the wet pad...place three blowers and a dehumidifier to dry up the water.  A new team came by on Tuesday to place new padding ..repair the seams and clean the carpet.  All in all a good experience considering.
