"I asked a friend for the name of the company that replaced the roof on their house. They recommended Certified Incorporated contractor that they obtained from Angie’s List. Their contract listed in detail and sequential order of installing a new roof. I received a quote that included an explanation of what Certified Incoporated was going to do. First, the old shingles were removed. Second, any rotten wood was replaced with quality wood. Third, the entire roof was covered with synthetic felt. Fourth, replaced pipe booths. Fifth, they installed lifetime shingles with a twenty-five year workmanship guarantee. The warranty is transferable to the next homeowner.
