"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "You are at your mercy when hiring plumbers but, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional, responsive, and courteous Bill Metzger Plumbing was. I had a very challenging guest bathroom faucet replace/repair issue. I tried myself but, could tell it was going to take a professional and thank goodness I had Metzger's Plumbing come out. The two water valves were shot and the p-trap was offset by 1/4 in which was producing a small leak. "Joe" did a great job in fixing the issues in about 1 1/2 hr time. My only reason for rating a 3.0 was due to PRICING. I paid more than double what I anticipated. I will definitely get multiple estimates next time seeing how I didn't do that this time which is my fault but, Bill Metzger Plumbing is a company I'd use again but, beware of their pricing."

There were a few hiccups that came with replacing the old tank heater and working with the old plumbing of the home, but Jax Mechanical were able to solve any problems that popped up.
