"Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!"

"Let me say this. I contacted them for a fence repair. But, instead, they guided me to contact the original fence folks, guided me and what costs should be. I took their advice. The point being they helped me rather than take the project…which BTW they were more than willing to do. The honesty and professionalism was such a bonus given the way the world can be. "We contacted Aztec to quote removal of existing and installation of a new fence. We set up an appointment for a few weeks later. About a week before our appointment there were new restrictions due to Coronavirus, so we called Aztec to confirm they were still meeting us the following Monday. Well, Monday came and we waited and waited. Finally called Aztec, and they told us they had no record of any appointments in our city. Very frustrating, because we came from out of town to make this appointment, and our neighbor also cleared his calendar so we could all meet. Since this is the way Aztec handles (or doesn't handle!) appointments, I can't imagine how well they would handle the actual job."
