AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job. AFS insured that they â kept us in the loopâ with phone calls and/or text messages. We are very happy with the encapsulation. "With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. "Seiber responded quickly to evaluate problems of doors not closing right, spongy floor in spots and major cracks in the garage/laundry room. The work took three days in Sept 2023. The concrete work was a little noisy at times but the results were great. The garage door closes well. Fewer drafts are coming in that room and the nearby kitchen. Cracks the could trip me up are gone. They kept me informed on the progress and didnâ  t charge anything over their detailed estimate. The concrete finishers did a really nice job. Everyone on the job was polite and very professional. We talked about making somewhat larger footers for the supports and they did that. The hoses that piped the concrete to the back of the house and crawl space access leaked in spots. After the concrete hardened it required the use of a shovel to remove the overflow. I havenâ  t heard from the company much since the repairs were done, but my phone quit about that time so that may be why. Seiber might be the one to call for your older home."

"AMERI-DRY  SENT OUT THEIR INSPECTOR CHAD TO EXPLAIN HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AND THE PROCESS OF HOW IT WOULD BE INSTALLED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE SYSTEM AND HOW IT OPERATED. THE DAY BEFORE AMERI-DRY WAS TO SHOW UP THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME THEY WOULD BE THERE TO START THE JOB.  THE PROCESS STARTED BY BARRY AND HIS CREW  REMOVING 12 INCH OF MY FLOOR AROUND THE 3 LEAKING WALLS. THE CREW THAN  DUG DOWN BESIDE THE FOOTER OF MY HOME AND INSTALL THE DRAIN SYSTEM.  THE SYSTEM WAS TIED INTO A SUMP PUMP BASIN. BARRY THAN INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP IN THE BASIN. THEY THAN INSTALL A WALL BOARD AROUND THE THREE WALLS AND RE-CONCRETE THE FLOOR.  THEY HALLED AWAY ALL DEBRIS AND CLEAN UP ALL OF THEIR MESS AND SOME OF THE MESS THAT WAS NOT THEIRS. WHEN THEY WERE ALL DONE BARRY WALKED ME THOUGH AND WENT OVER HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AGAIN AND THE WARRANTY(WHICH WAS GREAT). I HAVE NOW INSTALLED A DEN AND BATHROOM IN A AREA THAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE USELESS TILL I MET AMERI-DRY"

"All workers showed up on time and the work progressed on time. The weather was a factor but the job was finished in time and in a very professional manner. There was never a time when I had to worry if the job was being done the way it should be. There was a section of roofing on the back of the house that was done by an armature at best that caused a lot of wood rot. The foreman of the job showed me how it could be repaired and saved me over $1500 on the job.
