He was able to fix a door for me that wouldn't latch and although he didn't resolve the drain issue he did snake out and look at the drain pipes and concluded there was nothing clogging the drain. I later was able to figure out the issue on my own.

"I had been using Mother Earth Cleaners for a few months when my husband and I still loved in our apartment on the West side of Madison. They were great when we were over there and it was such a help to have Cleaners come especially since my husband and I both worked full time jobs. In July we moved into a house on the East side of Madison. I wanted everything cleaned before the movers came to bring in our stuff. Jolene worked so hard with me to find a time when a cleaning team could come out to the house but between my busy schedule and their schedule we could not get it to work. I talked to my husband and we decided that if he stayed at the apartment he could be there to finish the final packing and I could drive over to the house to meet the cleaners first thing in the morning. Jolene made it happen and we set the appointment so that the cleaners would come to the new house at 8 am. I got up extra early that day so that I could make sure I was there before the cleaners. The team called be at 8:30 am saying that they were just outside the door. I looked and they were not there. They had gone to our apartment on the West side instead of the new house on the East side even though I had double checked numerous times that they had the correct address prior to arriving. At that point, it was going to take them at least a half hour to get to the house and I knew they had a tight schedule and needed to be at their next destination by noon so I was not going to get there full three hours that I was initially quoted. When they arrived at 9:15 am they got started right away. One guy was on his cell phone quite a bit but in general the work was dive and they finished at 11:00 am. I called the company to let them know and they issued me a credit for the hour difference. Now fast forward a month. We were hosting our housewarming party and I decided to use my credit to get the house cleaned in preparation for the party. We set up a time for 3:00 pm on the Wednesday before the Saturday party. The cleaners called me at 3:45 saying that they were just leaving their other job and that they were sorry for running late. I had originally booked the 3:00 pm time so that the two hour cleaning would be fine before my husband got home from work. I did note though that the email gave an hour window for the cleaners to arrive, so I said I understood and I expected them to arrive by 4:00 pm. They different got to my house by 4:30 pm an hour and a half late. They got to work right away but this time I felt like it was a rush job. The head cleaner even came to me and said that her notes said they did not have to do the basement. I told them that was wrong and I did want the basement done. I could not get in touch with Jolene so I left a voicemail for her because I did not believe that I should have been charged the full quoted price given the time and the job done. I ended up paying the full price anyway since I could not get in touch with anyone from the company. I may have gotten an email with another credit but honestly I am not going to use it or them again. I was so frustrated by the lousy job done and the late arrivals that I told the cleaners I would not be using them again. I am now searching for a new cleaning company.

"It was written up to be chimney and foundation check.  I wasn't home when he arrived, my husband was, and no foundation inspection took place.  He had a couple of good tips, but not very detailed or in depth.

"On all of the replacements or repairs there was a time period of 1 -3 weeks for the repairman. They were all professional . You have to read the contract , I missed the electric part and had to pay for it myself so read your warranty ."
