They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. "The project lasted about a week and a half.  Overall, the flooring looks great.  There was a leak in the hot water supply line once they removed the dishwasher and disconnected the kitchen sink.  I don't want to blame them for that because the pipe is CPVC and the plumber who came out and fixed it said the pipe was brittle.  I think it just got bumped too hard and the glue at the joint gave out.
The owner, Chris, pointed out a twisted supply connection on the kitchen faucet so I bought a new one for them to install.
The price came in about $1000 less than another contractor had quoted."
