Going with Premier was a no brainer they installed a gorgeous, SAFE walk-in shower customized especially for me. The floor has grooves that keep me from slipping. There are two hand hold bars that keep me steady on my feet. They even installed a stone bench inside the custom shower stall so that I can sit comfortably when needed. Premier offers so many colors of real stone that it was hard to choose. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Way to Premier!"

"Excellent-why? After requesting a quote on Angie's List I received a return call within minutes. Brandon scheduled me for a 1 hour slot from the time of the call. Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. They showed which sprinkler heads had issues.Some had to have the angle readjusted, some were covered with dirt and landscaping and 3 heads needed to be replaced. Very pleased with their professionalism and can do attitude. I'll be calling them in the future and telling all of our neighbors about their services."

"This 'deal' was for two hours electrical work for x$. Upon starting with the fan he advised me that a fan install usually took him about one hour. Upon completion, he took the basement door fixture downstairs and returned shortly, telling me that we'd have to pay for another hour (at $92 per hour) if he was to do the installation at the basement door. Well, what was I to do but agree to pay the extra charge. My mistake was not accurately charting time of arrival etc. The service tech was on time and very (maybe too) talkative. My only complaint is, I feel that both jobs could have been completed within the 2-hour "deal" time."

European Construction team rose to the challenge on this project illustrating detailed craftsmanship. The end product was a sleek, modern bathroom. Along with being professional, punctual, they stayed on budget and completed the project on time."

"Overall - just fair.
It was difficult to manage the job remotely, but the simple elements of attention todetail were missing.
I was given a time that the work would start, and it kept changing., and a time that the work would be completed which was not kept to.
The core work of replacing the walls, tile etc was done to a good standard, it was the additional elements that were paid for that caused the trouble. Removal of a shower screen in the second bathroom left sealant all arount, holes in the wall unfilled, and the shower curtain pole not fitted. I had to call again to get the work finished, taking extra time.
It was an unusual job that I was managing remotely, and the co
mpany handled that well - but overall the attention to detail was just missing for me, so I would not hire them again.
