"Brenda did excellent work and exceeded my expectations.  She arrived on time and completed the whole job in less than 3 hours - quicker that I expected.  I have insulated and air-sealed rim joists and instructed Brenda to do as little damage as possible to the insulation to minimize my repairs afterward.  She was able to braise in the shut-off valves and frost-proof faucets while doing very little damage to the insulation.  Brenda explained everything she was going to do and gave me advice on how to winterize the faucets so there would be no chance of burst pipes.  I was very pleased with the overall experience and would use William Masters for plumbing repairs again.

Everything was undated that needed to be including plumbing, exhaust fan, mold resistant wet area dry wall etc. The shower he built turned out perfect and we get compliments from everyone thats sees it. At first we thought his price was a little high, but we are so glad we went with him. You actually do get what you pay for. I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work.
