"These guys are the best. They did repairs on the foundation in our cellar inside and outside and we have a 122 year old home with field stone foundation and it was crumbling in several areas. "During the estimate, this was the only company that expected the chimney on the roof as well as the attic. Provided an estimate on the spot and it was less than there competitors. On the day of the repair, I was called and told the crew was on their way with an estimated time of arrival. "I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."
