He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. He did three different jobs for us -- install cork tile (in a herringbone pattern), install an engineered wood floor, and sand and finish new maple flooring in an addition to match pre-existing (and very worn) maple flooring of a different grade and variety. He has an extensive knowledge of materials and finishing products, and a keen eye for the details, and also the aesthetics of the floors, walls, and furnishings in the different rooms in our home.
