"It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested.

We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."

"A few years ago, Sprague replaced our shingle roof. We were very happy with their work. It was done in a timely manner, within budget, and of the highest quality. Recently, (Dec. 2017), we asked them to do small repair on a flat rubber roof. They were very prompt in responding, coming to look at what needed it to be done, and getting the job done promptly. Unfortunately, the patch did not hold--patches to rubber roofs are NOT guaranteed, due to issues of surface deterioration caused by age, slime, mold, etc., which can be hard to manage. The repair was costly, about $895; when we noticed that the repair was not stable, we called; unfortunately, they did not get back to us, which was surprising based on our previous experience with this company."
