"We have lived in our home for ~ 2.5 years. As a result of inferior workmanship and materials used by the original contractor (someone other than United) , we contracted with United to redo our siding, our exterior trim, and our entry doors. Nik was our estimator and he was a pleasure to work with. We've dealt with estimators in the past and most of them prefer to quote a price without going into detail. Nik, without any prompting from us, went into detail to define what we would be getting for the quoted price. Weuler was our project manager; he was very courteous. He would communicate in advance what the crew would plan to work on for the day or week. He would also let us know if weather prevented the crew from working. Junior was our foreman and it is obvious that he has much experience, and his team has much experience. They would arrive promptly at 7AM each day and begin to set up equipment and position materials to be deployed. They were very well organized; it appeared to us that everyone knew exactly what their role was each day they came onsite. They were also super respectful and cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. United installed Everlast composite siding and PVC trim on our 3,000+ square foot home. If you have a chance to visit United's building in Ashland, you will understand why they are so good at what they do...there is an indoor training facility where they teach how to properly install siding! We are loving our newly resided home, and would use United again in a heartbeat. You will find they are not going to be the cheapest quote, but I believe we got what we paid for and there were no ugly surprises. We've dealt with contractors in the past who quoted low and then tried to cut corners to make up for it during the project; United is the opposite of those guys. You will not be disappointed with their finished product or surprised in an unpleasant way!"

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. "My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "The result was fantastic. Went extra steps to take care of things. Had the whole house and garage done. Very efficient, diligent and detail-oriented crew. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."
