"Absolutely phenomenal! Luis and his crew were polite, honest, and professional. My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! We plan on using BetaPro in the near future, and highly, HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone!!"

"Everything was top-notch from the first contact with Mr. Hamilton through the entire cleaning process. We were considering having new carpet installed but wanted to try having the carpet cleaned to see if it could be restored to a nearly new look. After using Act One, our carpet, which is over 5 years old and has gone through lots of kid and pet accidents, looks basically new. So much less expensive and time-consuming than buying new carpet. Additionally, Mr. Hamilton was pleasant to deal with throughout the process, was always prompt and courteous, and was flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend calling Act One before you consider replacing carpet or rugs."

"Exceeded our expectations!  We've renovated homes in the past, but never with such a positive experience.  Thanks to Tina and Chuck the renovation turned out better than I could've envisioned and was even enjoyable.  Tina guided me through the entire process.  Replacement of the island entailed finding a cabinet maker and plumber and replacement of faucets.  Tina suggested the best team and they were able to complete the work within 24-hours as a seamless team.  Tina knew the best colors and products for all steps of the renovation even though her business is granite and stone.  Thanks to her expertise everything looks great.  The installation was perfect.  We've had granite installed in other homes, but Stonecutters are perfectionists and their workmanship is flawless.  They even helped us with repairs to the tiles in my kitchen and bathroom.  I highly recommend The Stonecutters Guild. <br />"

"This time Matt did the tile laying for us, rather than Mr. Charles. The work was just as professional. Matt was very personable, was always more than willing to answer our questions, and always kept us informed as to the progress of the project. The job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Still when the job was complete I was more than satisfied with the project. Both rooms look beautiful and L and G Tile was also able to eliminate a loud squeak in the upstairs bedroom floor. The transition from the ceramic tile in the hallway to the tile in the bedroom is perfect. I have a couple of more tile projects that I want done... and when the time comes to start those I would not consider any company other than L and G Tile."

"Natural Stone provided outstanding service. Nicole and Deanna were extremely patient and helpful in stepping us through every facet of our remodel, to include, pros/cons of various materials, price points, wear/maintenance, and installation considerations. We decided on leathered granite and are extremely pleased with the decision. Upon the installation of our cabinets, they immediately arrived and templated the layout. Their workmanship in cutting the counters was exceptional. We used an existing sink that was top-mounted and had no template. They converted the installation to a bottom mount, and their cuts were perfect. They cut our countertops to minimize seams - the two seams that were required are extremely difficult for me to detect, even though I know where they are located. The slab for the coffee bar fit perfectly; it was a very precise application as it is surrounded on both ends by cabinetry. The precision of their work was absolutely superb. In addition to their outstanding work, they always went the extra mile. For example, their office is some distance from our house. To reduce our inconvenience, Nicole dropped samples and materials by our house on her way to/from work on several occasions. I was extremely impressed with my experience with Natural Stone Concepts and will definitely use them again for future remodel projects. The service was exceptional, and their pricing was less than the other firms we consulted. They have my highest recommendation."

"from the very first day Katie was attentive, helpful, and so knowledgable. They were willing to order and reorder until we found the exact piece of granite for the kitchen.  they worked with the cabinet maker for details on measurement and during installation. <br /> The owners were at our job site more that once to offer solutions on various issues that came up, and were always so helpful and easy to work with. Installation was on time as scheduled, the entire crew was professional and courteous , respectful of our home. <br /> several months after completion they were going through photos that were taken, and realized that two of the bathroom backsplashes had been switched! we had not even noticed! within a week they were out and had them replaced.  i can't say how impressed we were that they caught the error and responded so quickly to  make it right.I would highly recommend <br /> this family owned business. <br />"

"Overall, I graded the job a C because the finished product is a C. <br /> <br />  The leader of the crew that did the work told me that I had purchased two men for 6-8 hours, and that he was contracted by Cobalt to perform the work, that he did not work for Cobalt.   There was not mention of 6-8 hours in the posting, and I was immediately feeling uncomfortable about what exactly I had purchased.  I bought a crew of "painters", not the support and oversight of a professional painting company. <br /> We had scheduled the work a week in advance, and the day of the job, there was rain in the forecast.  I suggested we re-schedule, but was told that he was booked for at least the next week, and that it was not raining now, and "why don't we get started." <br /> <br /> In advance, I was told to get a gallon of paint, and a gallon of thinner.   I assumed the paint would be brushed or rolled.   Was not told that I would also need to provide masking suppliers and several gallons paint.  I did buy a few drop clothes, and had a few rolls of masking tape, but was not prepared for masking to spray.  So, let the painters use 6 mil poly to mask, and had a giant amount of trash in front of my house when done.  (Could have been neatly rolled up, but that would have taken extra time, and was made worse because one of the painters lost his phone and thought it might be in side the plastic wrap). <br /> <br /> The rain came about 1/3 of the way through the paining.  They came back the next day to finish, and "sort of" addressed water issues by repainting.  There was a serious hurry to get done and on to the next job, so there were a lot of missed spots.  There should have been two coats applied.  They came back a few weeks later to repaint the missed spots, and the job is complete.  The quality is okay, but well below the original paint job, and would definitely not impress anyone. The ironic part.. I had a quote to have the work done, for $50 less than the Angie's list deal.   I thought that I would get more for my 16 hours of work, but did not.  I did not like the pay before the work is done and hope it gets done right."
