Other contractors typically include design guidance, but I was left to figure out plant selections and their placement myself, which was time-consuming and frustrating, especially as I?m not an expert in landscaping. Roy overpromised and underdelivered. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."

I know you don't pay until the job is done but I did it and I won't do it again. Lesson learned. He got paid to finish the job and didn't. No phone call from anyone from Hillcrest Landscaping. No one came to finish up the work he said he would finish. He has been here once since with the assurance that he would be back to finish my project and I am still waiting. No call no show, again.
