He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

The contractor has worked around our needs to have a minimal impact due to the kitchen under contraction. Workmenship is excellent. Just finished the project except for two stand-a-lone cabinets. (These cabinets were returned because they were to wrong ones.) Contractor will return when they arrive. The kitchen looks great as does the breakfast area, hallway and entrance. Quality workmanship. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Gino was excellent to work with. Unlike other construction companies we had called for estimates, Gino returned my calls quickly and always arrived at our home when he said that he would. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by completing some tasks that he did not charge us for. He continually kept us informed regarding the status of the work on our home and updated us as to additional things that needed to be done (i.e., the roof was old and we ended up having to replace most of the plywood).
Additionally, the job was completed in 2 days, which was faster than the one week estimate that he had originally given!
