"I called Rogers out because my AC unit had started freezing over. Brandon came out for the initial visit and explained what was going and that it appeared I had a leak somewhere in the line. He was very professional while visiting and I asked him to give me options for replacement since my unit was older. He presented a few options and explained the pros/cons to each and broke down the pricing very clearly for me. I never felt like there was a push for any of the choices, or for replacement overall, simply options of what was available and would make the most sense for me. When the installers came out they were both also very professional and very kind with my young children who were curious. They were very cautious not to track anything inside of the house and cleaned up every piece of paper and strip of wire when the left. The install was clean, everything was explained very well to my wife and I as far as features and operation, and we were overall very happy with the entire experience. They are new in our area, but we will only be calling them in the future."

"I would like to recommend Joshua Smith as a Tesla installer and overall electrician. He did a great job for my wife and I on the installation of our powerwall 3 and car chargers within our garages as well as trouble shooting some other electrical problems at our new home at Smith Mountain Lake. Additionally, he answers phone calls and shows up on time. Again, we highly recommend Joshua."

"I had an excellent experience working with this company from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about providing quality service. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made everything stress-free and easy to understand. What stood out most was their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. It’s hard to find businesses these days that genuinely go above and beyond, but this company absolutely did. The work was completed on time, exceeded my expectations, and the quality was outstanding! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service. I will definitely be using them again in the future!"

"when I asked for an estimate on my ceiling fan installation, Murphy responded quickly with a time estimate, and suggested a couple of deals they had available with Angie's list. I took them up on the deal that seemed the best fit for my project, and made an appointment for the work online, so easy! The techs were on time, polite and professional. excellent work on the install, including electrical boxes and remote controls."

"Renewable Engineered Systems installed a solar power station for our home.  Lovely ground mount system.

Nice people and fast install."

"Fine.  They came when they said they would, worked with us a on a design that met our needs, and installed the system as designed and agreed.  Had to haggle on price as the opening quote was quite high.

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"The guys at Great American Log Homes were great! From the initial quote, to picking out the color and making payment, it was a great experience. Incredible workmanship, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They had our deck built in 2 days and it is absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend."

"Excellent! I worked with Live Electric before and didn't hesitate to call them for this project. The timing throughout the project was tricky because we/he had to coordinate with the construction contractor and Live Elect. had to come out several times at different points during the job. Anthony and his team were extremely accommodating and worked very well with the bath contractor to plan and complete the work within the project timelines. Before and during the project, Anthony took the time to help design the lighting plan which ended up being more complex than I thought it would. He even came by with a portable power station to power up the light fixtures I had bought to help me understand/visualize the amount of light we needed in the finished bathroom. He saved us a lot of money and trouble! For example, I thought we needed and quot;layers of lightand quot;/recessed lighting in addition to vanity lights -- he advised that the recessed lights were not necessary and might even cause and quot;shadowsand quot; (and he was right!). The original fixtures I bought ended up not being enough light over the vanity and I would have been very disappointed in the end, but because he took the time to walk through the lighting with me, we switched the fixtures around and adjusted their placement and now they are perfect and we are very pleased with the overall lighting in the bath.
Live electric took the time to cover their path with drop cloths (stairs, hallways, entry to attic, etc.) and so didn't leave a spec of dirt behind. They took all the trash away. Also, they didn't leave any damage to the new drywall (which is unusual) and so all the lighting and fans look great, placement is perfect and very professional. The lighting provided the finishing touch on our beautiful bathroom and I have Live Electric to thank for it.
