"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"Hector and his crew did a fine job powerwashing and removing the dirty northside stains on our roof, including a portion that was metal. They also powerwashed our back porch and our chicken coop roof (metal) and its cedar siding; they all look sooooo much better! Definitely plan to use them again on more projects in the future. Prices were reasonable and service was timely and professional."

He showed up on time and did climbed up on a ladder to inspect the gutter.  He showed me pictures on his cell phone of problem areas with the gutter and roof.  He fixed some minor items.  Later, I hired the same company to replace all the gutters.

The gutters look much better and are not falling down anymore.  It was a home improvement that had to be done. USA Gutter Pros provided good service at a reasonable price.

"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! "This builder was the best contracted service that we ever got.
We had put in for a permit to install a "retractable awning" over our deck and were very disappointed when it was turned down by the Planning committee. Little did we know then that that was the best thing that could have happened.
We then learned that we could put up a permanent roof over the deck,  We went to "Angies list" and read the reviews of the various contractors and once that was done, we contacted Marshall Painter of Great American Log Homes  and he came the same day and looked at the project and brought us a drawing and a price the next day.
Actually his price was not that much more for a permanent roof than what other companies wanted for a "roll out awning", and it was custom built to fit and match the deck.
The work was professional, on time, and the price was very reasonable .
We are very pleased with the way it turned out, and feel lucky to have chosen the right man for the job.
Not only is Marshall an excellent and honest builder, he turned out to be a wonderful friend too.
