We ran in to several snags during the work - the ground had settled under the floor leaving a gap of a few inches, a several hundred pound rock was found in the corner where we wanted to place the sump basket, and more concrete had to be removed than expected."

The ceiling texturing had been poorly done so removal was not as simple as scraping popcorn ceilings. The house had many different dark colored walls so the painting over them was not a simple task either. They have a good warranty, and Curt was very clear about rectifying any problems that may show up. I believe him."
